Austin Lally, CEO of Verisure, Joins the Advisory Board of PricingOne 

PricingOne, a strategic consultancy specializing in value-based pricing for consumer goods, is pleased to announce that Austin Lally, CEO of Verisure, has agreed to become a pro bono member of its Advisory Board. With over three decades of executive leadership across global consumer brands, Austin brings a depth of experience and strategic acumen that will support PricingOne’s in its ambition to become the reference partner for manufacturers and retailers in pricing strategies rooted in consumer value.

Austin is in his 12th year as CEO for Verisure, shaping and executing Verisure’s strategy and delivering the Company’s sustained performance. Under his leadership, Verisure has significantly expanded its footprint and established its position as a market leader in professionally monitored security services for residential and small business customers across Europe and Latin America.

Austin’s career spans over 36 years of building and scaling consumer-facing businesses, including a 26-year tenure at Procter & Gamble, where he served as Global President and member of the Global Leadership Council. His expertise in value creation, strategic transformation, and consumer-centric innovation makes him a uniquely qualified addition to PricingOne’s Advisory Board at this stage of its global growth.

A Unique Addition to Drive Growth and Strategic Vision

Throughout his career, Austin Lally has consistently led high-impact transformation and growth. At Verisure, he has overseen a remarkable expansion of the company’s footprint across Europe and Latin America, building one of the most successful residential and small business monitored security services firms globally. At P&G, his team led the turnaround of the Braun and Appliances division. Prior to this, he was responsible for marketing and premium innovation development for the global Gillette business. Earlier, he led the European Baby Care business as well as managing the successful restructuring of the company’s operations in Germany. Austin also spent seven years in Guangzhou, where he helped to build P&G’s strong leadership position in Greater China. He also held leadership roles in France and the UK, where he started his career.
